Preferred by many of the worlds finest chefs, Lacanche range of cookers are highly recommended for their power, prestige, control and durability.

While there is no mistaking the beautifully rugged style of Lacanche, every cooker is hand built to order with a choice of size, colour, trim, fuel, oven combination, hob top and integrated hob elements. Each cooker is virtually unique in character and perfect for the serious cook.

You will find the unassuming village of Lacanche just off the N6 as it cuts through the Cote d'Or region of Burgundy. In an earlier and more elegant age, this route was favoured by Parisians as they journeyed south to the finer weather and clearer air of the Mediterranean coast.

Passing through Burgundy they would take time to enjoy the fine Beaune wines and delicious, unfussy food for which the area is famous. Still today, the region is peppered with Michelin stars and the flavour of gastronomic excellence.

It is here that the unique Lacanche range cooker is hand built, a culmination of 200 years experience and tradition.
