At RAIS concern for the environment is part of our everyday life — during the sourcing of material, production and the combustion process itself. Wood produces the same amount of carbon dioxide, CO2, whether it rots away on the forest floor or is burnt as fuel. The only condition is to ensure that the wood is burnt properly and the combustion is optimal. RAIS stoves do this! When our stoves are used to burn clean and dry firewood by following the correct procedures for lighting and mending the fire, the wood is burnt optimally and does not contribute to pollution. Every RAIS stove is an environment-friendly source of energy and is built in accordance to rules and regulations regarding environmental protection and safety.
