If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before returning an item so that we may help to resolve any problems you may have.

If you would like to return your order, it must returned within 14 days of delivery.

Restocking charges may apply, bespoke or customised items may be non-returnable.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the order number. Returned goods must be unused and should be packed as not to be damaged in transit.

3. Return postage / shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

If you would like to cancel an order (if not specially ordered), please email us at [email protected] quoting your order number and the parts of your order you would like to cancel. If the order has not yet been shipped it will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
