The salmon board from Girse makes it possible to cook meat and fish, without exposing it to the direct heat of the fire. The salmon board is hooked into the rail of the fireplace and slow cooked by the heat.
Type 2 = L 40cm x W 14cm x Thick 2cm
Type 3 = L 44cm x W 14cm x Thick 2cm
Before use – the board must be soaked in water for at least two hours, to prevent damage to the board.
