The oven BOP 250/BOP 251 has the widest range of features of the ovens 200 series. It offers 13 different heating methods and the TFT touch display allows intuitive operation of all functions. The core temperature probe switches off the oven automatically when your roast or fish reaches the desired temperature. The heated baking stone, which comes as a special accessory, allows you to produce the perfect pizza, bread and pastries.
