The Lacanche range cooker: Chemin Classic houses two 55 litre main ovens, a 25 litre electric oven and grill and a simmer oven on the left hand side as well as space for an integrated hob element above it on the left. This is one of the most popular one metre plus models, offering all the fire power of the Macon along with the benefits of the versatile simmer oven, and the extended hob.

Colours
For your Lacanche Classic or Modern range cooker, choose from any of the beautiful enamelled colours (or stainless steel). Each panel is hand enamelled with three layers and fired at 850 degrees C. The result is a beautiful deep intense colour that is easy to clean and will look just as good in twenty years as the day it was fired.

About the Lacanche range cookers:
A foundry was established in the French village of Lacanche, deep in the Burgundian countryside over 200 years ago and range cookers have been manufactured there by hand ever since -both for the commercial and domestic markets. Apart from this extraordinary heritage, what makes Lacanche range cookers so different from other range cookers on the market is that they are still made to exacting standards entirely by hand and to order.
