This one boasts up to three ovens (a 50 litre convection oven and grill on the left, a large 74 litre central oven and the 84 litre simmer oven / cupboard on the right), a large storage drawer, and space for two additional hob elements. A useful combination of oven sizes and types and the extensive hob top make this a very popular cooker.

Colours
For your Lacanche Classic or Modern range cooker, choose from any of the beautiful enamelled colours (or stainless steel). Each panel is hand enamelled with three layers and fired at 850 degrees C. The result is a beautiful deep intense colour that is easy to clean and will look just as good in twenty years as the day it was fired.

A foundry was established in the French village of Lacanche, deep in the Burgundian countryside over 200 years ago and range cookers have been manufactured there by hand ever since -both for the commercial and domestic markets.
