Borek has collaborated with renowned male designers before, but not before with a female designer. With Horizon this has changed: the renowned interior designer Mariska Jagt designed the characteristic Horizon collection for Borek. In short, each piece of Horizon furniture – from sofa, (lounge) chair, chaise longue to daybed – promotes connection with those around you as well as with the environment in which the designer furniture sits. The natural beige tones and understated elegant design ensure that the collection flows smoothly into naturally designed outdoor spaces, while at the same time providing a distinct aesthetic asset.

The solid and durable base of the spacious teak furniture exudes strength; the refined belt in natural beige adds a sense of airiness and serenity. The cushions – in the shade Dune – contribute to the high level of seating comfort. The belt is woven both horizontally and vertically, giving the wicker a beautiful texture, both on the outside and inside of the backrest. The back of the chairs has a characteristic double vertical strip of teak, making the chairs pleasing to the eye when viewed from all sides. The cushions feature luxurious piping that emphasizes the round lines of the designer furniture.  The seat cushions also have a considerable thickness that accentuates the rich look and optimizes seating comfort. The dining chairs match perfectly with the teak Chepri table from the Borek collection.
