The M’CookB roasting pan will allow you to cook food uncovered with little fat in the oven. This very useful cooking utensil is ideal for meats but will work perfectly for gratins and even many desserts. For cooking meat, it is possible to sear it over high heat before putting it in the oven, for optimal cooking.

The M’COOK B roaster differs from the M’COOK collection by the composition and thickness of its utensils. The products in this range are made of single-layer material, such as 18/10 stainless steel or ferritic stainless steel, unlike those in the M’COOK B collection, which are designed with a 5-layer stainless steel and aluminium alloy.

Because this roaster is not 5-ply, hence thinner than the rest of the M’Cook collection, the reaction to overheating is stronger and may result in scorched surfaces.
