Two cooking surfaces in one

Turn your BLOK table grill into a more flexible cooking station with this combined grill and plancha top. The divided surface gives you an open grate on one side and a solid cooking plate on the other, allowing different ingredients and cooking methods to share the same charcoal heat.

Cook steaks, burgers and skewers over the open section for direct heat and flame-grilled flavour. Use the flat plancha alongside it for seafood, vegetables, eggs, pancakes and smaller ingredients that might otherwise fall through a conventional grate.

Care and maintenance

• Season the cooking surface before first use.
• Allow it to cool to a safe, warm temperature before cleaning.
• Remove food residue with a suitable grill scraper or stiff brush.
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products.
• Dry the surface thoroughly after cleaning.
• Apply a light coating of food-safe oil before storing it in a dry place.
